Web Design for JD Metals and FastFrame® Structures

Located in Limestone, TN, JD Metals is a leading provider of metal roofing and metal siding. Their FastFrame® and Posteel building divisions provide durable steel frame and post frame buildings customizable to your specifications.

Intellithought’s relationship with JD Metals began over a decade ago when they wanted to enhance their digital presence. A website was built for them in 2016, and then in 2022, their FastFrame® division grew enough to warrant its own website. For the past decade, Intellithought has hosted, secured, maintained, and provided support for their websites. As the years went on and JD Metals grew, their website became outdated and hard to manage. We are grateful JD Metals continued to entrust us with redesigning their websites.

The redesign scope of work consisted of:

• Responsive layout with brighter colors and modern fonts that complement existing JD Metals and FastFrame® branding.
• Custom post type on the FastFrame® site for home and building plans with the ability to search and filter those plans.
• Page builder of customer’s choice, along with training for editing layouts, adding new home plans, and managing forms.
• Implemented necessary 301 redirects for pages that had their URL changed during the redesign.
